Digital technologies are deeply embedded in the everyday lives of many children and young people, yet geographical scholarship on this topic remains fragmented. Recent years have seen the emergence of a productive conversation between geographies of childhood and youth and digital geographies. 
Building on this, the International Symposium on Digital Geographies of Childhood and Youth seeks to deepen this conversation by exploring emerging themes at the intersection of childhood, youth, digital technologies, and space.

The symposium aims to foster critical debate by bringing together scholars working on conceptual, methodological, and empirical aspects of children’s and young people’s digital lives.
