International Academic Forum Heidelberg About us
The International Academic Forum Heidelberg (IWH) us a central scholarly institution of Heidelberg University.
As an communication center, it is offering scientists the possibilities for international and interdisciplinary exchange of thought in all fields of science since 35 years. The IWH was opened on April 12, 1986, on the occasion of the 600th anniversary of Ruperto Carola. It has hosted more than 2,000 conferences since then. The IWH is sponsored by Heidelberg University.
